Q: What is the Cards of the Month Club?
A: The Cards of the Month Club is a brand new way for collectors to sample current card products. Each month you're subscribed, we'll send you one or more sealed packs of current card releases. Every month will have a different product, so the longer you subscribe, the more diverse your collection will become. All you have to do is pick your favorite sport(s), pay for your subscription, and sit back and watch your collection grow each month!
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Each monthly subscription is just $14.95 and you are welcome to subscribe for as many different sports as you would like. For added convenience and value, you may also sign up and pay for an entire year today to save 10% on the monthly subscription price. Yearly subscriptions are $161.46 and are non-recurring (you'll need to repurchase each year if you'd like to continue in the Club after your first year concludes). Monthly subscriptions will be billed each month and do not expire until you cancel.
Q: How many cards will I get with my subscription?
A: It all depends on which product is selected for that current shipment. Some months you may receive several packs with higher card counts while other months you may receive just a pack or two. Every month, we'll try to pick a fresh product to sample and ship the same value to you. So if we pick a low end product, you'll get a lot of cards. If we pick a higher end product, you'll only get a few cards, but the overall retail value of the sealed packs will always be as equal as possible.
Q: Can I sign someone else up as a gift?
A: Certainly! When completing your monthly subscription or full year purchase, just indicate the other person's shipping address and note in the special instructions box that your are purchasing a gift subscription for someone else.
Q: How often will cards be shipped to me?
A: If you sign up for the monthly subscription, you will receive the featured packs every month until you decide to cancel your subscription, or if you fail to pay for a month's shipment when due. If you signed up for and paid for an entire year at one time, the featured packs will be mailed to you for each of the next 12 months. After your yearly subscription expires, no more packs will be shipped unless you renew your subscription.
Q: When will the shipments be processed?
A: All subscription payments received up to and including the 25th of the month will be included in the following month's shipment. All subscriptions will be shipped out of our facility on the first of the month, or the first business day after if the first falls on a weekend or holiday. For example, if you sign up and pay for your monthly subscription on March 23, your first package will be mailed on April 1. If you sign up and pay for your monthly subscription on March 27, your first package will not be mailed until May 1. The 5-6 day lead time allows us to ensure we have enough inventory in stock and to process and assemble all packages by the shipment date. Please plan accordingly if you really want to be included in a particular month's shipment.
Q: Can I special order certain products with my subscription?
A: Sorry, no. At this time, we are only shipping pre-selected packs to members of the Cards of the Month Club. You are more than welcome to send us an email to request certain products for future months, but we are not able to customize every member's package each month.
Q: I am interested in two sports, can I sign up for both?
A: Absolutely! You are more than welcome to subscribe to as many of the sport packages as you would like. You may also purchase multiple quantities of each sport if you would like. Please keep in mind that while each individual sport's club will not duplicate featured products in multiple months, the multi-sport club may feature the same products as the sport-specific clubs. For example, the July shipment to multi-sport subscribers and baseball subscribers may be the same, but that same product will never be featured again for baseball.
Q: How are the featured products selected?
A: Each month we will pick a product that is already on the market, but hopefully something that is still fresh (released within the past month or two). During the specific sport's off season, it may not always be possible to select a brand new product, but you will never receive packs that are more than a year old. For specific sport subscriptions, each month's shipment will only include packs from one product. For the multi-sport club, we will pick fresh packs from across the entire sports card release calendar and may even select packs from different products/sports in the same month. We will strive for an equal distribution across the four major sports, but no particular ratios are guaranteed. At times we may also include other sports as well, such as Premiere League Soccer or Olympic sets.
Q: How are payments processed -- is my information secure?
A: All monthly subscriptions and yearly purchases will be processed directly through PayPal. Your payment information will go directly to PayPal and will never even reach us. PayPal has been rated as one of the safest and most convenient ways to shop online, so we have confidence that your financial data will be secure.
