PLEASE NOTE: All pre-sale items on this website will be clearly labeled as such. The expected product release dates for pre-sale items are noted on each product's details page. Release dates are subject to change without notice and are dictated by the manufacturer. We have no control over product release dates, but we will strive to provide updated release dates whenever possible. Any and all pre-sales will be honored before current sales. Pre-Sale deposits are not refundable unless the product release is cancelled by the manufacturer or the product becomes unavailable for reasons out of our control. If such is the case, we will refund all payments as soon as the unavailability determination is made.
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING: All prepaid orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day after we receive the product. Any order that contains a pre-sale item will only ship once ALL products are available. If you wish to order a pre-sale item and a current item and want to receive the current item immediately, please submit two separate orders. This helps to ensure that our shipping policy is being applied to each order correctly. If an order contains a pre-sale item that subsequently becomes unavailable for any reason, and all other products ordered are current, the order will ship once that determination is made and a pro-rated portion of the order will be refunded for the now unavailable pre-sale item(s).
