At 1st & Goal Sportscards, your privacy and online security are important to us.  The following details the privacy policies we have in place and abide by everyday:

Personal Identification
Your personal information such as name and address are only stored in our accounting and billing software and archived records as a means to more easily facilitate customer support.  Our software is currently stored and processed on redundant and secured servers in a physically and intellectually secured, state-of-the-art data center.  Highly secured password policies are maintained for our server and software access, providing multiple layers of protection.  No information is saved on our local computers to avoid data loss should our in-house system ever be hacked into or our physical hardware ever be stolen.

Financial Information
Any and all online orders are processed by PayPal, which is consistently rated one of the safest ways to conduct business online.  All of your credit card and/or banking information is secured through PayPal and is never provided to us directly.  For a better understanding of PayPal's privacy policies, please refer to www.paypal.com.

If you are sending a personal check or money order for an email order, your payment will be processed by our local accredited bank.  We do not record any account or routing numbers in our software and we never keep a copy of your check in our records.

Third-Parties
Your personal information will be shared with third-party vendors only to the extent necessary to fulfill your order.  For example, your name and shipping address will be shared with the United States Postal Service, but only in a capacity that allows the USPS to deliver your package.  Your financial information will be processed by PayPal as detailed above.

1st & Goal Sportscards will never sell your personal information!

While we do reserve the right to occassionally send you promotional information via email or traditional carrier mail, we will never sell, rent, disclose, or otherwise provide your personal information to any third-party that is not directly involved in the order fulfillment process.

E-mail Privacy
1st & Goal Sportscards cannot guarantee the safety and security of any information you choose to email to us. While we strictly follow the privacy policies stated above regardless of the method of data collection, there is no way for us to secure your emails.  Please keep this in mind when choosing to email us or any other party!

Similarly, we acknowledge that certain individuals and firms may attempt to hijack personal information.  While we strive to provide as much security to our customers as possible, we cannot be held responsible for personal information that is stolen through online hacking, theft of records, or any other illegal means.
