As is emphasized with every order, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and will do whatever we can to achieve that high mark.

While we strive to offer quality products and superior service to all of our customers, we do acknowledge that mistakes are possible at many points along the order fulfillment chain.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us.  We will handle all return requests on a per event basis.

If you believe your order contents have been damaged en route, please contact us before opening any original manufacturer's packaging.  In certain cases we will accept returned items, but only if they are still sealed in their original packaging and in the delivered condition.  We may request documentation of order damage including photos to prove actual loss of value.  All claims should be submitted within 7 business days of order receipt.

If you received incorrect products or parts of your order are missing, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to correct the issue.  If you must send an incorrect order back to us due to our packaging mistake (we shipped the wrong order), we will reimburse you for any shipping charges you incur.  Any additional shipments we make to correct this type of issue will be free of charge to you, regardless of retail value of the additional shipment or the original order.

If you received your order as placed and subsequently realize you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, we will accept returns only if the items are still sealed in their original packaging and are received back at our facility in the condition they left our facility.  In this scenario, you are responsible for any and all shipping expenses you incur.  Refunds and/or replacement product of equal value will be shipped as deemed appropriate by our staff.

We reserve the right to not accept a return or offer a refund for any order issue, regardless of the nature of the request.  However, we will try our best to ensure your satisfaction at all times.
